Weddings

Our spacious, elegantly styled ballroom and large cathedral style tent offer an excellent canvas to recreate your dream wedding and reception, from the very simple to the most elaborate, indoors or out. While the 4200 square foot ballroom capacity is 300, our tent out back provides additional space for the larger guest list. Our 4+ acres surrounding the building and tent provide ample parking. The younger members of your guest list can be entertained in our playground out back, but must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older. Fitzpen Place is just east of Spanish Fort on Highway 31, which makes us a central location in Baldwin County and a short distance from Mobile.

We offer Wedding Packages to fit any budget! Fitzpen Place packages include most of our amenities as well as catering, floral, photography, entertainment, invitations, and event coordination. We use reputable vendors to provide the services offered in our packages.

Booking our facility requires that you pay the required nonrefundable deposit, initial the Rules and Regulations to confirm you have read and understand them, and sign a completed Rental Contract (PDF). The additional forms and the balance of fees owed are due 10 business days before your event.
