From fundamental to complex, Fitzpen Place has the amenities to make your business meeting, seminar, or expo a success. Our 4200 sq ft open styled ballroom accommodates up to 300 people while the 40' x 60' tent covering our pavilion adds room for even more attendees. Fitzpen Place has a beautifully landscaped pond and picnic area out back which allows members of your function to take relaxing breaks between scheduled events. Our list of licensed catering services can prepare a menu ranging from sandwiches to extravagant specialty selections that will delight every taste bud. Fitzpen Place is built on 4+ acres which provides ample parking space. We are located just east of Spanish Fort, Alabama, on US Highway 31, which makes us a central location in Baldwin County and only a short distance from Mobile, Alabama, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and the northwest Florida Panhandle. Attendees will find us just off Exit 38 on Interstate 10 whether driving west from Pensacola, Florida, or east from Biloxi or Gulfport, Mississippi. We offer Meeting Packages to fit any budget! Fitzpen Place packages include most of our amenities as well as catering, floral, photography, and event coordination. We use reputable vendors to provide the services offered in our packages.

Booking our facility requires that you pay the required nonrefundable deposit, initial the Rules and Regulations to confirm you have read and understand them, and sign a completed Rental Contract (PDF). The additional forms and the balance of fees owed are due 10 business days before your event.
