Fitzpen Place
is a privately owned and operated community events center where businesses, companies, civic organizations, churches, schools, and individuals can rent space for meetings, weddings, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, special programs, seminars, class reunions, family reunions, dances, banquets, parties, or most any social event.

Its location allows it to serve all of Baldwin County, especially the local communities of Spanish Fort, Daphne, Bay Minette, Loxley, Fairhope, and Robertsdale, as well as Mobile. The Facility has a 4200 sq. ft. ballroom, a billiards room, a private sitting room with a TV and DVD player, a commercial kitchen, a wet bar for soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, a stage, and a grand piano. Also, there is a huge 2400 sq. ft. tent available for additional party space or an outside function. The 4+ acres of grounds surrounding this newly constructed building provides an area for guests to enjoy outside gatherings with space for cookouts, games, etc.

Whether you need a caterer or you have a preferred cook, you can have the menu of your choice. When your guests arrive they will have plenty of space to park at the facility.
