Pricing (PDF) is on an hourly basis and the rate depends on the day of the week and the times of occupancy. Rental of Fitzpen Place includes:

  • Ballroom with artificial greenery
  • Sitting Room
  • Commercial kitchen
  • Back patio
  • Podium and one cordless microphone
  • Tables: round are 60" diameter, rectangle are 8' x 32"
  • Chairs: folding, padded, and coated metal
  • Set-up of table and chairs
  • Cleaning fees
  • One staff member present during hours of occupancy
  • Two hours of consultation with our event coordinator scheduled in one hour increments
