Pricing (PDF) is on an hourly basis and the rate depends on the day of the week and the times of occupancy. Rental of Fitzpen Place includes:
- Ballroom with artificial greenery
- Sitting Room
- Commercial kitchen
- Back patio
- Podium and one cordless microphone
- Tables: round are 60" diameter, rectangle are 8' x 32"
- Chairs: folding, padded, and coated metal
- Set-up of table and chairs
- Cleaning fees
- One staff member present during hours of occupancy
- Two hours of consultation with our event coordinator scheduled in one hour increments
